This blog post is going to be quite a short one about the last game in this year’s European adventure against Östersunds FK. It was remarkably close overall and Hertha should have scored more in the first half but hey. One goal from Peter Pekarik and a cracking save from debutant Jonathan Klinsmann kept it at 1:1 at full time.
Although there were only 15,000 spectators present is was quite special for me as I was given a ticket for the Ostkurve for the game. I often film the support from the upper tier but on this occasion I was filming in the opposite direction.
